JPS Inc. provides a range of targeted, strategic services designed to inform, guide, and assist our clients to navigate through and achieve client objectives.  To that end, we develop and help design pragmatic policy, political, coalition building, and communications strategies. More specifically, JPS offers a broad set of innovative services aimed at achieving optimal, creative solutions for our clients, including:

Political Environment Assessment: We evaluate and report the system, policy, and political environment to all our clients to help them most accurately assess where they and their priorities fit into the broader health care system and policy debate. In so doing, we help them formulate the most successful approaches possible to ensure their objectives become relevant and actionable.

Policy Analysis and Development: We ensure that the policy approaches embraced by our clients are sound, viable and sustainable; we believe that policy that does meet this test cannot stand the test of time and scrutiny and, as such, we apply our experience toward reviewing and strengthening policies.

Strategic Positioning: We provide strategic positioning advice to our clients to ensure that their policy or message objective is consistent with and takes advantage of the policy objectives and delivery reform approaches being advanced by federal and state policymakers as well as state of the art health care delivery systems.

Message Development/Implementation: We make major contributions to communications strategies and polling/focus group survey support that help clients understand and effectively communicate with the public, important stakeholders, policymakers, the media, and important opinion leaders who frame public opinion on health and health care.

Coalition Formation: Where practical and feasible, we help construct and manage stakeholder coalitions that do or should share in the policy objective and approach embraced by our clients; this not only enhances visibility and credibility of our client’s policy preference, but also increases the likelihood of its eventual adoption.
